While the interviewers were polite, I felt that a significant portion of the conversation focused on personal background and past employment circumstances rather than skills, experience, and role-related qualifications. Some of the questions felt more personal than I expected in a professional interview setting. I would have appreciated a greater emphasis on evaluating job fit, teaching ability, and relevant experience. Overall, the process may be a good fit for some candidates, but the interview style was not aligned with my expectations.
