Interviewer was very nice and encouraging. The environment made me feel very comfortable, so I did not feel nervous. The interviewer made sure to clarify any questions that I had as well, especially since I interviewed during covid.

Q: If you were leading a classroom and you see one student with their hand up and two other students fighting, who would you give your attention to first?
It was an online interview. You get maybe a minute or two to prepare for the interview question, and then you are prompted to video record your answer. You get three tries with each question in case you make a mistake in your recording.

How do you overcome challenges when working in a team?
One interview; all behavioral questions. One question did ask about teaching a small lesson. The job offer was announced right after the interview. The interview was about 15 minutes and the onboarding was all done within less than a week.
