Interview
The CEO recommended Thinkwell and set up a meeting with Rani and I. She dominated the conversation and she kept asking questions that made me feel unworthy of even sitting at the table. I felt blind sided at the end of the day since I thought this would be a more informational but instead it's as if I was not welcome to apply.
A lot of people work hard here and it's my job not just to hand jobs to people but to make sure they're a good fit. Why do think you're a good fit and will you work hard here?
