They tell exactly what you need to know, which is good. Very straightforward interview process. 3 interviews, 1 online and 2 in person. Very good communication, no complaints. Make sure you prepare well.

Question 1
Do you remember a time you aided a team member that may have been struggling?
3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.
easy case study in depth to make sure you are knowledge and can speak to things. Also included you to do a pitch as if you were talking to your client and selling a expert to them.
In the technical round with Third Bridge, I was given a case that tested how I would approach sourcing experts for a client. The task was to identify three relevant profiles on LinkedIn and clearly explain why each person would be a strong fit for the project.
