Interview
The interview was a first-round introductory interview conducted mostly in Korean with some English. The interviewer asked about my background, motivation, and how I would handle situations such as client interaction, deadlines, and rejections. The overall tone was conversational but still professional.

3 rounds in total. Interviewers and HR are helpful. There's gonna be a job shadowing at round 2 to assess how you deal with cold call, rejections, etc. The role is heavily client-facing and cold calling/reaching out to expert.
