I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (London, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
1. CV Check
2. Two phone interviews consisting of general competency based questions. Very pleasant, easy-going and curious recruiters. Generally comforting. Went through my CV to see if my competencies suited the company.
3. Super Day: consisted of two interviews with 3 employees (Team Leader, VP, Senior Associate). 1st interview had a case study where I had to decipher a simple supply chain of a company and figure out who you would call to obtain advice. Both interviews consisted of competency based questions such as 'tell me a time when...'
Tip: make sure you have 7-10 examples that you can use to fit the various types of questions.

Interview
Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
