It was a telephone interview that convinced me to sign up to the Cognolink / Third Bridge expert network as a non agent, independent contractor. It was similar to a head hunter recruiting process since the client made the request to Third Bridge to engage me for a telephone consultation.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me for a brief history of my resume and work experience and how it related to the project in question.
I applied and got an answer very shortly after, about one week. I had a call first where I was asked some basic interview questions. Then I had the second interview which was longer and more difficult, with a hands-on task and a set of complex questions. Overall it was a good experience and the interviewers seemed like nice people. They were very young and engaged.

1 online interview with the HR rep, 1 offline in-person interview with team lead. During the offline interview, I was tasked with an example "walkthrough" of what the work would be like.
