there is no interview process, only you have to pass the six monthly compliance test. Very good internet system where you can accept and decline projects.

I applied and got an answer very shortly after, about one week. I had a call first where I was asked some basic interview questions. Then I had the second interview which was longer and more difficult, with a hands-on task and a set of complex questions. Overall it was a good experience and the interviewers seemed like nice people. They were very young and engaged.
