I applied online and had a phone screen 3 days later. A week after that I had an onsite interview (they were working out of a co-working space at the time). I had what a productive conversation, and the recruiter said he would be in touch with me to schedule a meeting with the founder. Afterwards he ghosted me. I emailed him and even called him a few times, but to no avail. I have heard nothing from them since then. Later on I found the recruiter left the company back in July 2019 (I was interviewing with them around that time). It looks like he left and did not transition over any candidates that were currently in the pipeline. This seems super disorganized and has soured me on working for this company.
