Pretty straightforward. Applied online, had one in-person interview with two groups of attorneys (associates and partners). After a couple weeks, received a phone call offer with a former offer in mail later on.

The interview process was pretty standard. A call then an in person interview. The interviewers were kind and asked great questions. The office is very nice! It was a two person interview as expected instead of a panel interview with 3 or more interviewers.

Two partners interviewed me. Laid back, good personal conversation, really just tried to know you, few questions about past experiences. Explained how is the firm culture and what to expect to work at tcci. Nice people
