Thompson Creek Window Co. interview questions

The first call was a Screening call. Second call was with the HR Manager. The third call was with Ops leadership. The final call was with the VP of HR.

I was initially contacted by their hiring manager via LinkedIn, expressing interest in my candidacy for the marketing data analyst position. After expressing my interest, I proceeded to apply and underwent a series of three interviews. During the interview process, it was evident that they were eager to conclude the proceedings quickly due to their urgent need for a new team member. Fortunately, my third interview went exceptionally well. However, there was a delay in receiving feedback following the interview. Although they had promised to inform me of the outcome within two business days, I ended up waiting for two weeks to receive the news that I was not selected for the position. Unfortunately, no specific reasons were provided for the decision.
