Thoratec interview questions

They normally have 3-4 interviews. First HR, then line manager, then IT managers and probably a site director. It was interesting to participate. Overall it is a standard hiring process.

Recruiter was interactive and provided thorough information about the process. Flexible and built on emotional intelligence. Interview process was smooth, timely and efficient. Job, and company information flow is also a plus. Organized and welcoming.
