- Initial video call with the hiring manager. Not a very technical interview, mostly a personality screen.
- Video call with another manager. Slightly more technical, still very much a personality screen.
- Video call with the CEO. Fairly technical.
- Video call with the CTO. Mostly a culture/personality screen.
The process seemed fairly disorganized. I had to repeatedly follow up with them and ask what the next steps were and where my application was. In the end, after four interviews, including two with C-level executives, they ghosted me. No idea what went wrong, as I was feeling very confident after having been through four rounds of interviews.
