      Interview

Recruiter went missing in action after the first interview. Ghosting candidates, missing your own deadlines, going silent for weeks after providing updates aren’t just how hiring works. That's a breakdown in basic respect. Most candidates don't ask for special treatment but merely honesty and follow through. We know things change, budgets shift and priorities move. What's hard to accept is being left in the dark after being told otherwise.
