Thrive Alabama interview questions

STAR interview - too short. Not given adequate time to discuss my skills or an adequate understanding of the position in relation to the questions they were asking. It didn't feel like they were actually that interested in interviewing me.

I received a response immediately after submitting my cover letter and resume. When I came in for my interview it went very well and I breezed through the interview. As I was leaving I thought that I would be called back for another interview or a job offer, but after hearing nothing for awhile I called back and learned that they hired from within the agency.
