I applied online. I interviewed at Thrive Causemetics (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Applied online, got reached out by HR, went on three interviews and was asked to work on a project brief. After 1 month of interviews and working on a project. The team and overall company didn’t seem flexible. It was noticed when I couldn’t make it to the last presentation due to an emergency. First time in the interview process, and I sent two follow up emails explaining my situation. Not only did I get no reply but was ghosted. This confirmed what I felt during the interview process that the company wasn’t flexible with their employees and wasn’t a good company to work for. At the end of the day I was happy to accept another offer that aligned with my ethics the best and not shared my ideas and concepts that could of been stolen by this team.
