Met with director, then CEO. Thorough information and plenty of time to ask questions, though you have to push them to get straight answers. Also, be aware that this is not a salaried position as it is advertised. They reveal 1 hour into the interview that employees EITHER get a "weekly guarantee" of $600 OR commission - whichever is more. The commission structure is unclear and doesn't make sense.
