Thrive Events Entry Level Account Manager interview questions

Overall easy interview and very nice people that work there. They ask basic questions and just want to know all about yourself. There are three interviews, the first is just a preliminary interview. The second is going to one of their events but I went to one at Sams club and could not see myself excelling in that environment. Before the second interview you have to complete a background check. At the second interview it was a quiz you have to basically to make sure you pay attention to what they say to you. I was a little confused on that process but the next step was the final interview which they quiz you again. You have to fill out a quiz and then they talk to you more about the job. They called me after the interview and offered me the job but I declined just because I was looking for more of a advertising agency position.
