Straightforward and relatively easy; however, I was told I was moving forward in the interview process and onto the final stages. However, the recruiter never followed up or bothered to respond when I reached out. I understand that needs change but have the decency to tell the candidate that you're not pursuing them anymore. Very disappointing for a company that purports to be built on Christian values
