Interview
Initial interview was fact finding connecting to see if personality and culture were a match. Next interview was with a specific Partner who expanded on the career and structure of the field. Additional interviews and homework (with background check, personality testing, and creating a natural market list with sampling questions of others in the same career).

Very professional and direct. I received an email with a brochure of the company. Phone interview followed by a zoom interview. Very informative.I recommend you do your reach on the company before interviewing.
