Interview
After submitting my application and taking a test, I was called by the regional practice director who explained the mission and the workings of the organization. After the conversation I was asked if I wanted to proceed, to which I answered "yes".

Timely and very good with responding back. Asked questions about who I was and got to know who was interviewing me. Described what the company is and what they stand for.

Interview
Interviews were great. Not an ideal position for someone moving across the country to a new city like we did. I enjoyed the discussions and questions. The "homework" does a great job if helping you figure out if it is the right type of work and if it's the right time. The company's vision and mission are noble.
