3 members of the team did round robin interviews which in itself should have been fine but during the interview none of them knew who was asking what question leading to an interview nightmare

Tell me about a time a customer was rude and how did you handle it
Many steps, have to do a business plan as well as list your contacts in the area you applied (and also family and friends). Very nice people. Also I would recommend doing your homework about this company, they want to know whether you know what they do and what you're getting into.
