Standard recruiter screen to begin wit, recruiter though didn't seem to have a clue about the nuances of the role and didn't answer much by way of any questions that I had, seemed incredibly distracted and awkward. Couldn't give me any clarity on the salary range for the role either and explained a pretty protracted interview process. screen, 2nd round with hiring manager, presentation (yes I'll do work for you for free), further panel interview with hiring manager and possible final interview depending on candidate pool.
2nd stage was interview with the hiring manager, this is where things really took a turn for the worst. Left a voicemail with no return number or email to tell me the interview had been moved to a different time. I attended the original slot just to aim off plus the new time. Interviewer wasn't really interested in my responses and gave me no time to answer questions posed. Constant interruptions and talking over me.
TBH I was completely put off at the end of the recruiter screen the 2nd stage interview compounded things further and I wasn't really willing to move forward after that. One word. AVOID!
