Easy but honestly I think they had someone in mind already and I didn’t fit the mold they wanted. There was an interview with the supervisor then a group interview with prospective peers

Interview with both an admin and a physician, discuss your scope of practice and your experience with various populations - peds, newborns, older adults, etc, discuss how the hospitals work and the emergency room or clinic flow, salary/pto/other benefits, tour the facility
