Interview process is awesome .
First they took paper test and followed by 1 technical and 1 managerial round.
Online test consist of 25 question.
Technical round took almost 1 hr.
In single day all process happened and got offer letter on the same day.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tieto (Ostrava) in May 2019
Interview
Very friently conversation with solution architect primary about what is this job about, what should I do, what is the product. Also I presented my programming skills. There were two rounds. First generic about job position and second with programing session.

One of the interviewers asked this: you gets the list of words(for example you read the text file with numerous words) and need to find if there is word which is part of another word(in the same file). There is a lot of solutions to this task, but you have to be careful, it's not easy to find an efficient solution
