Very unusual interview. Standard HR screening, hour skype and 6 hours in tillamook. The in person interviews were weird. The person who would be the direct report was no longer with the company. They had brought in a consultant that spent the interviewing selling himself and trying to one up my answers. Many different people asked the same questions over and over. It felt like they were not confident in there ability to hire employees. Interview process was overbearing, repetitive, unwelcoming and showed the company's true ethos. No follow up from them after such a long interview process.
