Timberland Regional Library interview questions

Four people on the interview panel--a bit overkill for a minimum wage position. the questions were canned and no one makes eye contact when you're talking because they're all scribbling what you say. Hard to tell when to stop talking or if more clarification is needed. No warmth or smiling. Maybe they already knew who they wanted to hire. One person looked at their watch a lot, the other at their phone. I'm not a terrible interviewer, and in fact usually get every job I interview for until now. I think it's very competitive to work here.
