Timberlane interview questions

Hiring process was great.Went in for the job as a machine operator and the foreman seen I had some finishing/painting experience so he offered me the job as a painter.Took a tour of the shop and was very impressed at the machinery they have.Also the lead of human and culture was very pleasant and answered all question I may of had.Great experience and didn't feel uncomfortable at al during the whole process,very friendly atmosphere.

Very easy process from start to finish, everyone was friendly and very helpful. It is a very casual environment with dogs roaming the office, they seem to be expanding so are hiring a lot of people and experience is not an issue as they are very much so willing to train, and willing and able to adapt to your strengths and weaknesses. And at 12$ an hour plus .50 raises every 6 months you can't ask for much more.
