I had a wonderful interview at Time Inc. for the Account Manager role. I already had experience going into the interview and was able to speak to the core responsibilities well. There were no trick questions, simply speaking to my strengths, weaknesses, examples where I've had to be strategic, and examples where I've struggled.

Question 1
What has been your biggest challenge at your current job?
Easy HR meeting followed by two rounds of initial interviews. A week later I came back to meet the VP and was given an office tour. A week later, I had the job.

Question 1
My background. How I could relate to this position. Strenths/A Weakness.
The overall interview process was one of the best I've had. The HR recruiter was very nice, and prompt to follow up and get back to me throughout the process. After the initial phone screen, I met with the team in person who were all very friendly and welcoming. The office seemed to have a great work/life balance. My only gripe was that they pay they offered was extremely low for the industry as a whole, and they were trying to hire a senior person in a more junior level role. During the in person interviews they made it very clear they wanted a more senior person but the actual role was definitely more in line with a junior level (so they were basically trying to get someone senior to accept a junior salary). I declined.
