I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Time Investment Company in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview was hostile and condescending to a shocking degree. It honestly seems as though the interviewers were forced into speaking with me--my professional background was denigrated to an extent that I've never even come close to experiencing previously. If you don't want to speak to candidates that have job-hopped, then just... don't schedule an interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was grilled on tenure at previous roles. Layoffs (or the fear of them) were a foreign concept.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Time Investment Company (West Bend, WI)
Interview
Very informal - make sure to ask financial questions on stability. Owners have a great sense of humor and willing to train and work with everyone. Keep a notepad and take as many notes as you can. Everyone in the company is green when it comes to sales

Question 1
How many calls in a day; how to handle customer service
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Time Investment Company in Aug 2022
Interview
A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and recommended a position at TIC to me and took my resume. About a week later I received a link to take a Wonderlic test. Within a few days I had an interview with the hiring manager and received a job offer within a few days. The interviews focused more on the presentation of my personality and experiences than having me "prove" my skills with real-time coding or logic questions. The interviewers wanted to invest in the person. (Though I can't speak to what the experience is like if professional development experience is limited.) Overall, it was refreshing diversion from standard developer interviews (for reference I had passed those as well).
