Interview
There were two online assessments and then an interview at THE's office in London. The interview consisted of a written test (had to write an email), an oral assessment and a panel interview with two people.
It was a half an hour interview at their main offices in Central London where after I was offered the job straight away. The two people interviewing me were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions.

Interview
The interview took about 30 minutes with one HR and one manager of the team. They were friendly and kind. Started the interview with the normal question "Talk a bit about yourself" and then keep asking question based on my answer and the specific job requirements to see how you can be a good fit for the position.
