good, it was arranged by the agency, went in with a mindset of high level questions. i cant remember if i had a two stage process or one but to my knowledge it was a one stage process

basic routing switching questions, some isp related questions around mpls, again at a very high level, nothing deep technical

Interview
Pointless , they just wanted a cheap engineer and they got one. I got my experience and left. They asked me questions about switches and routers and it was fairly painless, no lab test or any hard networking questions.
