Interview
I had two interviews with a store manager previously and then a retail manager. Both very nice and extremely approachable. Actually on my last interview they seems to be really interested but they never contacted me again even to inform me that I was not getting the role or any feedback.
There were three interview rounds, plus a phone screening. One round was conducted via Skype at 7am NYC time, because the director was traveling. Everyone was relatively professional, however the company never informed me that they were not extending an offer. It was a bit unprofessional given the extensive and time consuming process.
