One 30-minute Phone Screening, One 1 hour-Phone Interview, A 3 hour on-site Working Interview. Initially, the owner of Tinycare called me to discuss the company and to learn a bit about me. We had a more formal phone interview a couple days later. The next weekend, I prepared a lesson plan that met guidelines that the owner created and did a circle time and activity time with a group of infants and toddlers. It was clear that the owner wanted to thoughtfully challenge me to view my strengths and areas of improvement throughout the interview process.
