Interview
At first they introduced the company, then we had a group exercise (talking about random topics, in my case women in leadership and climate change) followed by a very easy written test.
After that I got cut!

Introduce your self saying one personal information, one professional and a peculiarity about me.
In the written test they asked:
-interesting facts you know about the company
-when was it founded?
-kind of aircrafts it owns?
- which company has the best customer service and why?
