I drove down to Town Square to fill out an application upon the advice of a friend. After I was finished I handed it to someone. That person looked at this teenager working there and she looked down and shook her head no. Never had the opportunity to interview. Straight up turned down because of my appearance?

Phone screening. Called in to interview the next day. Had to take a basic math quiz. 2 interview stages. Questions were pretty straight forward. Talked about my experience. They gave overview of the company and the job including benefits. Stressed importance of good attendance.
