Was an easy process. Was contacted over email and set up a time to speak with the recruiter. No zoom, audio only. Told me about the company and went through pre-set questions.

There were many rounds of interviews but the panel was engaging and insightful. Most of the panel was friendly and had crisp questions. HR was constantly in touch throughout the process which we see very less in other organizations.

Mostly scenario-based that you faced in previous roles
The process is smooth, and people are friendly and helpful. It is a very thoughtful recruiting process and I like the culture there.
There are many rounds of interview, so it's important to prepare in advance.
The recruiter and hiring manager did not follow up after the interview. Though interview experience itself was positive, communication was poor and can be improved upon as a courtesy to applicants.
