I found Toast to be very engaged during the interview process. Although they follow a model of several rounds, they were very accommodating and it was progressed quickly rather than dragging it out. During each round you are assessed to ensure you have the appropriate talent/experience and more importantly are a good fit from a working culture and personality perspective. I recommend open and honest answers to these questions. There were some I did not have an answer to, so I stated that and we discussed it and moved on. Following the end of the interview process I received meaningful feedback regarding my application.

I was scheduled for 4 30-40 minute interviews with different people in the company. These were all generally talking about previous experience and different things I had worked on with most questions coming from those areas.
