Interview
The entire process took over 3 months with over 5 rounds of interviews. The peer interviews with colleagues and team mates were warm and engaging, but interviews with senior leadership were difficult as they were often disengaged and distracted. the recruiters themselves were often difficult to reach and once were 20 minutes late to an interview. overall an uneven and lengthy process.
