Please do not apply based on your skills or resume. You need to fit the age profile and personality of the team you are applying to. Employee referral seems to be essential.
Process take over two weeks, meet with Human Resources, Sales and Customer Success team. Meet with Hr team for culture fit, then CS team to understand day to day and go through situational type of questions, last sales teams questions focus on how you form/manage client. Once you pass this, final meeting is to negotiate salary and start date.
