Short recruiter interview then ghosted. Immediately responded to my app to schedule. Said would get feedback quickly. Ignored follow up too after feedback time line was passed another time. It was a poor interview experience
Well, the interview process was extremely short. The interviewer did not show up to our scheduled interview. And never responded to any follow up emails to reschedule.
Overall it was a terrible non existent experience

4 interviews including initial phone screening. Very thorough process and everyone was really helpful and wants you to succeed. Feedback provided throughout the entire process to ensure you understand what they are looking for. They are very human centered and want to connect with you on that level.
