There are three steps in a way you have to pass before you proceed to the next interview. In the second step of the interview, I need to prepare a presentation beforehand with the given topic. The interviewers certainly have a deep understanding of the industry since they asked me in-depth questions to analyse my knowledge and experience.

User Interview II (Typically Head / position or higher) Somewhat technical, more of ensuring your fit-ness to the role.
