3 phases interview process for all associate positions.
General tips: be easy going, chill, and not so serious (stiff). However, it's better to read the interviewer and mirror their energy.
1. Recruiter Interview
Ask basic information, work and education background, ensure your fit and knowledge about Tokopedia. It's time for you to ask the tips to face the next interviews (Who they are, what they are looking for, and anything you need to know).
2. User Interview I (Typically Senior / Lead position)
Ask everything about your CV, very technical but more of a question than a test. They ask what you know about specific thing and they don't tell you whether you're right or wrong. They just listen and rephrase what you said.
3. User Interview II (Typically Head / position or higher)
Somewhat technical, more of ensuring your fit-ness to the role.
