I was contacted by the hiring manager 1 day after submitting my application. He set up a phone interview the following Monday and another phone interview later that week. I was again contacted by the hiring mgr the following week informing me I had got the job, but not contacted by HR until the week after making that a 4 week process before getting an official offer. What I really appreciated was when they made the offer, they didn't ask me what salary I was expecting. I consider that question to be a way to lowball the potential employee. They instead told me the factors that go into the offer and gave me a fair market salary, which was the exact amount I had found when researching the salary on Glassdoor. That's never happened before. The benefits are also generous and this experience makes me even more excited to be working with TEL.
