Zoom format interview during COVID. The entire process was very straight forward. The interview was 2 rounds and felt more like a conversation than an interview. No difficult questions. More just reviewing resume and experience.

There were multiple interviews. The first step was getting past the initial application submission with a discussion with the recruiter. The first in person interview was with 2 senior Construction Managers. There were questions about work history, hobbies, music, and such.
