I had a first round with a recruiter over the phone and a second round with two analysts over zoom.
Interviews were around 20-30 minutes. Questions weren't anything crazy, standard questions with some behavioral.

Interview
The process began with networking over the summer following my Sophomore year. I met with a few members of the firm and got a feel for the process and the company as a whole. It then moved forward to a first and second round interviews over the phone around September and October, then I was informed of an online superday in late October. Heard my decision a week or two later. Great people and I enjoyed the interview process. It was very behavioral and they wanted to make sure they had a good chance to get to know you, likely because of their stellar culture and eagerness to hire good people.

Interview
Phone interview, all behavioral. Show interest in company and industry and know resume well. In person interview consists of 2 interviews, each with 2 employees. All very nice, again all behavioral.
