      I interviewed at Tom+Chee

      Interview

Sat down with the owner during a lull. Discussed availability as I was still in school, experience with people, how comfortable I am in a kitchen, learning new things, handling the lunch rush etc. Took a walk through the kitchen and was given food to test taste as I've never actually eaten at this establishment before. Very easy interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked if I had allergies, how comfortable I was with hot stoves and sharp knives.
