Tom Cody Design interview questions

Thorough interview process. Really learned about what the job entailed. It is a very entrepreneurial position with a lot of room for growth. You are not micromanaged and you have the freedom to manage yourself if proven successful.

Very straightforward and casual. I applied online and got a quick response back. Then had an in person interview in NYC the following week. I was then given a creative test to show I could do the work that the internship required. Waited a couple of more days after submitting it and got an offer.
