After talked to interviewer , this position need to work with SQE and Manager TE , unfortunately they doesn’t know about technical and testing .They rely on RD and suppliers to solve issue and gives suggestions to them , they are taking credit for someone ideas .Anyway they have decided not to move forward with an offer .
I've interviewed with upwards of 20 companies in the past 2 months and this was the only one that I can genuinely say was an outright negative experience. Recruiters wouldn't respond to emails and kept mixing up basic details about interviews (such as time and place). When I was finally invited for an on-site, two of the 4 scheduled interviewers (a VP as well as the only interviewer in my field) either forgot about the interviews or didn't bother to show up. It hardly mattered either way since they double-booked the conference room and were kicked out before they could finish the interview.
