The process took approximately 3 weeks. I had an interview with the hiring manager, and a subsequent panel interview with the team.
I was not extended an offer.
Despite putting 5-8 hours into a product concept and presentation for their team to explore, the recruiter and hiring manager completely ghosted after asking for feedback.

I was asked to create a product concept as if I worked at Peloton. The objective was to recommend a product for Peloton to develop using the BUS method.
Interviewed for a project manager role, discussed experience and skills. Asked situational questions and presented a mock campaign. Received positive feedback, awaiting next steps. The interview was straightforward and organized
