Submitted resume and credentials at the district office. Accepted call to interview. At interview, spoke with Principal Jones and answered typical interview questions- strongest quality, areas to strengthen, typical day lesson plans. Meet with a teacher from the 1st grade and answered her questions too. Hired on the spot. :)

It took some time to be contacted but once I had my interview things moved pretty quickly. The interview itself felt pretty casual. Once offered the position HR took a long time to get all the paperwork done.
